Museum of Urban Wooden Architecture

Presents and promotes historical and new wooden city architecture. The museum was founded in Užupis between 2019 and 2022 as part of the project “Creation of the Museum of Wooden Architectural Heritage in Vilnius at 52 Polocko Street” funded by the EU and the Vilnius City Municipality. The project, in line with the principles of sustainable development, involved the restoration of the house’s wooden structures and decorative elements, and the adaptation of the building to the needs of today’s museum.
